The Centre also offers families a parents room which is located alongside the public amenities. The parents room includes change tables.

Banyo Retail Centre features ample car parking which is conveniently located on Turnell Road, Banyo. The majority of car parking spaces are undercover and shoppers also have the convenience of Disabled and Mothers with Pram car parking spaces.
